Processing capacity: ca. 30 metric tonnes of ingredients / day

Industrial processing is according to I.F.S. (International Food Standard), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP and certified via TÜV Nord Cert GmbH.

Main ingredients for spreads: pepperoni, tomato, aubergine, champignons, peas, beans, onion, sunflower oil, salt

Main ingredients for jams: blueberries, quince, strawberries, plums, apples, sugar

Soon available in organic (ECOCERT) certified quality as well!
